Hi! I'm Steve, and I love helping people plan their travel in Italy almost as much as I love its people, food, wine and culture. 

My first trip to Italy was back when the lira was still in circulation. Since then, I've returned again and again, exploring amazing places and experiences in both famous destinations and off-the-beaten path discoveries. I'm excited to share those with likeminded travelers.

While cities like Milan and Rome are famous for good reason and serve as efficient points of entry/exit, the essence of Italy can more easily be found away from the crowded tourist centers. Smaller, more manageable cities and towns, and the natural beauty that surrounds them is where good planning and a sense of adventure make for terrific memories.
